Day 01 - PA, VA

Hilltown, PA

Quakertown, PA

So this is the first person to piss us off on the trip. We were at the Quakertown Wawa

Shippensburg, PA

It took numerous shots to capture an Amish person. They're fast buggers- no pun intended.

This is the first person to really tailgate us. Notice the pronounced frown.

Shenandoah National Park, VA

We ended up not staying here. We couldn't make a campfire and we got restless so Janie drove 100 miles into Bristol, TN. We couldn't find a hotel that would rent to kids under 21 until 4am. Long night.

  5. Quick Home update: Brody just lost another tooth and now has less teeth than Mya. I mowed the yard tonight and nearly got the tractor stuck because it's so wet. Aubrey colored that pink poodle almost all black and now takes it everywhere with her. Miranda is working tonight. We all miss you guys already! Say hi to Elvis for us tomorrow.

  6. What a great idea to blog your trip! I see the Prius won the battle. Are those termites or ants? either way they have to be the biggest insects I have ever seen. I hope the weren't near your tent! BTW, We has a 4.4 earth quake here in good old Cali. Saturday, it was pretty crazy but cool. So maybe you'll get a small one while your in SF. Nothing crazy of course just enough to say you've been in one! ;) Have fun and be safe.
